These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stork's Beak Leather website (storksbeakleather.com) and your purchase of products from Stork's Beak Leather ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Stork's Beak Leather is a sole proprietorship operating from Vilnius, Lithuania.
All products are handmade to order in our Lithuanian studio. Due to the nature of handcrafted goods and natural leather, slight variations in colour, grain, and finish are normal and part of each piece's character. Product photos are representative — your piece will have its own unique grain pattern.
Orders are processed upon successful payment through Stripe. We accept credit/debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Production time is 1–3 business days from order confirmation. Shipping times vary by destination — see our Support page for detailed estimates. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or force majeure events.
You may return unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Personalized (monogrammed) items are non-returnable unless defective. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return. See our Support page for full details.
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your piece has a manufacturing defect (failed stitching, hardware breakage under normal use), contact us within 12 months of purchase for repair or replacement. Natural wear, patina development, and accidental damage are not covered.
All content on this website — including product photos, descriptions, brand identity, and design — is the property of Stork's Beak Leather. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stork's Beak Leather shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
