FAQ

How long does production take?

Each piece is made to order. Production takes 1–3 business days. During holiday seasons it may stretch to 5 days — we'll email you if there's a delay.

Can I add personalization to any item?

Items marked with "Free personalization" can be embossed with up to 20 characters (letters, numbers, and basic symbols). The embossing is done with heated brass type — it's permanent and elegant. If an item doesn't have the personalization option, email us and we'll check if it's possible.

What's the difference between vegetable tanned and crazy horse leather?

Vegetable tanned leather is processed with tree bark and plant extracts over 60 days. It starts firm and light, darkening with use into a rich patina. Crazy horse leather is a pull-up leather with a waxed finish — it lightens where it bends, developing a rugged, vintage character quickly. Both are full grain. Both age beautifully. It's about which personality you prefer.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to most countries. If you don't see your country at checkout, email us and we'll arrange it.

Is the leather ethically sourced?

Yes. Our leather comes from Italian tanneries that comply with EU environmental and labour regulations. Vegetable tanning uses natural tannins (mimosa bark, quebracho) rather than chromium salts — better for the environment and for the craftsperson handling it.
