• Payment information: We do not store or see your full credit card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles all sensitive payment data securely. We only receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of your card.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Process and fulfill your order
• Communicate about your order (confirmation, tracking, any issues)
• Respond to your inquiries
• Comply with legal obligations (tax records, accounting)

We do not use your data for marketing emails, newsletters, or any purpose beyond fulfilling your order unless you explicitly opt in. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you pay, Stripe collects and processes your payment details according to their Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your full card number or CVC.

4. Data Retention

Order records (name, address, purchase details) are retained for as long as required by Lithuanian tax law (typically 10 years for accounting records). After this period, data is deleted.

5. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies:

• Cart storage: Your cart contents are stored in your browser's localStorage — this never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our server.
• Stripe: The Stripe checkout process may set cookies required for fraud prevention and payment processing. See Stripe's Cookie Policy.

We do not use analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising pixels.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Shipping carriers — your name and address are shared with the postal service to deliver your order

We do not integrate with Facebook, Google Analytics, or any advertising networks.
